Attached Zones

Attached areas are areas that do not belong to the simulation volume, for example an unheated attic. This zones are not considered in the balance of the simulations.They influence, however, the conditions in the simulation area and must be precisely defined. The adjacent zones can be named and the type of the zones can be selected in the drop-down menu. For each zone in the next lower level the climate can be selected. The user has the choice between the previously in dialog "Climate" defined external or optional climates.

Other unheated attached zones could for example be:

• an unheated cellar
• a wintergarden
• adajcent rooms
• an unheated attics.

Special climates can be designed for attached zones using the option optional climate.
