Dialog: Initial Conditions
Specify the temperatures and moisture contents existing in the different
materials of the component at the start of
the calculation.
WUFI then initialises the temperature field and the moisture field of the component
with the respective values (one of each in every grid element). The calculation
will then start with these values and determine their further development in time.
For the initial moisture, you may specify either the initial moisture content
[kg/m³] or the corresponding relative humidity [0..1]. WUFI will automatically update the respective other value, using the
moisture storage function
of that material.
If you enter a moisture content above free
saturation, the corresponding
relative humidity will only be specified as "supersaturated".
If you have to different sections in the construction which consist of the same material but shall have different initial temperatures or moisture contents, make a copy of the material and assign that to the second section.
